Exercise for the perfect butt
Her shapely bottom had
caught the attention of everyone at Prince William's wedding a few years
ago, and the media spent a lot of air-time and print space on it.
Pippa, Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton's 31 year-old sister,
recently revealed that her famed butt was the result of a half-an-hour
daily exer cise routine. Her regime reportedly consisted of four
exercises -ladders (these are like agility drills, a great way to
improve foot speed and coordination and shape your butt), plie squats
(see box for more), wall pushes and the classic plank. Pippa claimed
that these four exercises, each lasting for about two minutes, could
easily be done at home, too. Experts say that when an exercise regime is followed up at
least three to four times a week, it is bound to show results.
Pippa has said that no matter how hectic her schedule is, she makes it a point to find a balance between work and family , and hence keep good health without getting into “my body is a temple“ bore.
