Under the umbrella of Rahul Education, RIS institutes offer National (CBSE and ICSE) and International (CAIE) curriculum. The first school under the RIS brand was started in Nallasopara(W) in the year 2009, offering CBSE curriculum. Subsequently, RIS, Varanasi (Chandauli) 2010, RIS, ICSE Nallasopara(W) 2017 and RIS, Miraroad and Boisar 2018 came up.  Their expansion plans include setting up RIS institutes beyond Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh as well as beyond India in other Asian countries.

The unique feature of RIS set up is its centrally academic monitoring through stringent audit mechanism.

A strong value system is woven into the fabric of daily life. A meaningful equilibrium between academics, sports and co-curricular are maintained in order to bring forth confident, balanced, well-groomed and enlightened citizens.  A variety of activities are offered as an integral part of the curriculum to provide each learner an opportunity to develop a wholesome personality. Inter house and intra class competitions ensure the learners imbibe a healthy, competitive spirit and loyalty to their respective houses or classes. Debates, dramatics, choral singing, elocution, math wizard, Spelling Bee, creative writing, swimming, taekwondo and team games like football, cricket, basketball, throw ball and table tennis are some of the activities that learners can participate in.

All RIS units have state-of-the-art infrastructure, ideal learner-teacher ratio, laboratories for physics, chemistry, biology, Math and languages. Foreign languages like French and Spanish are a part of their curriculum. The school library facilitates the work of the classroom teacher and ensures each learner has equitable access to resources, irrespective of home opportunities or constraints. State of art computer laboratories offers training to learners.   All their buses have a GPS enabled tracking system.

At RIS, their teachers are empowered with skills, beliefs and attitudes that will allow them to be effective facilitators of knowledge and values.  The role of a teacher extends well beyond classroom instruction as it has been our conscious effort to provide a conducive atmosphere in schools so that coming to school is like home-coming for their learners. Their facilitators undergo rigorous training through workshops on time management, classroom management etc. To maintain uniformity and standardization across all units, the audit team monitors the day to day classroom functioning.
