This move solidifies Zydus's strategic expansion into the global medical technology space.

In a regulatory filing dated October 26, 2025, the company informed the stock exchanges that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zydus MedTech France SAS, has acquired the remaining 14.4% share capital and voting rights of Amplitude Surgical. This final tranche was acquired through a mandatory tender offer and squeeze-out process on October 24, 2025.

From Majority to Full Ownership

This development follows the company's initial intimation on July 29, 2025, where Zydus MedTech France had acquired an 85.6% stake in the French entity. With this latest acquisition, Zydus MedTech France now holds 100% of the share capital and voting rights of Amplitude Surgical.

Consequently, Amplitude Surgical has now become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zydus MedTech France, marking a significant milestone in the transaction. The company has officially declared the transaction consummated as of October 24, 2025.
