Self Analysis Spiritually

First of all, we need to realize that we are in trouble, we are under stress. After that, we should really search for the cause of those difficulties, those tensions. Everyone wants to find this within themselves. All these questions can be answered from within ourselves. Until we know from within the nature of our question, its causes, the growth of that question and the dissolution of that question, these questions never end. Otherwise, those questions remain with us from birth to birth and become deeper and leave us deeper and deeper. It is very important for everyone to do this self-examination. Otherwise our problems will never be solved.

The answer to our questions is not out there. People who are extroverts look outside for answers to questions. They think that if the external situation changes, all problems will be solved. But that is not true. That true peace has nothing to do with external circumstances. Changing the situation does not solve our problems. Otherwise those who are fully endowed, those who have made enormous material and financial progress, would have been happy. We have made no less economic and material progress; But is it not our experience that we are deprived of that happiness and peace? In fact, that happiness and peace has nothing to do with poverty or wealth. That happiness and peace is related to self-knowledge and self-knowledge is related to complete stillness of mind and inner being. If you are ignorant, you are poor or rich; It doesn't matter. A rich man is only a great beggar living in wealth. Who wants more, whose hunger is not satisfied, One who runs after such position, money, prestige is actually a beggar from within. While discussing such a person, Dnyaneshwar Mauli in chapter 14 describes that person as a beggar living in a palace. See how accurate the description is.

What makes our situation different? We are beggars. Otherwise, why would you have chased after position, money, prestige? There is a void, an emptiness, an incompleteness within us. That emptiness, that emptiness, that incompleteness we constantly feel, disturbs us. This sense of emptiness, emptiness, incompleteness prompts us to seek happiness, peace, contentment. This awareness is in every human being. It is absent in animals, plants and birds. This consciousness exists only in the human animal and is the last stage of the evolution of existence. Its next stage is self-realization itself. Therefore human birth has been given unique importance in all religions. But it is the incompleteness, the emptiness or the void that we constantly feel but our numb heads never understand the meaning of. - Vijay Pandhare  Vijay Pandhare

On the road to self-communicado...

The activity of two friends from the same office had been going on for many years. In this meeting, many topics were discussed between them. A thought entered the mind of one of these two, we shall meet from tomorrow. We should also discuss. However, the name of the person who is not present is not to be pronounced. Let alone its faults, but not to speak of its merits either. We will present our feelings of happiness and sadness to each other.

As planned, on the second day both the friends reached the place of daily meeting. The formality of mutual inquiry was done. What will you say next? After a long time both looked at each other and started walking. The visits from the second day took him on a path of introspection and introspection. Unknowingly, there was a change of attitude in them through the change of subject.

We are often in the place of these friends. We have to look at other people's good and bad things and their negative things. However, we do not use the standards that others set for us. As a result, we are deprived of self-communication. In the absence of self-dialogue and self-examination, if we do not become aware of our faults, how can our progress even begin? An example of this principle can be found in Brahmachaitanya Gondawalekar Maharaj's thought. They say, 'Everyone should get tattooed at least once in their life. Stand before my Rama. My Ram is like a mercury mirror. Every man who stands before him will understand his faults.' He goes on to say, 'The first step to improvement is to realize our faults.' This shows that our intellect, which revolves around the merits and demerits of others all its life, we need to communicate with ourselves. If we try to give direction to self-reflection, we will find the path of self-examination. This path helps us to look inside.

A thought in Santcharitra also says that, 'The qualities of the deity we worship come to us.' There is a psychological process behind this question. Those qualities or defects which we concentrate all our energy day and night in the contemplation of their qualities or defects take over our mind without realizing it. Since this is a very subtle mental process, we are not aware of it, and even many veterans are unable to take the first step of self-communication. A determination to avoid blasphemy purifies one's heart to advance the mind on the path of spirituality. The realization that the attainment of a pure heart is another solid step on the path to spirituality comes from the first step of refraining from condemnation.

Gita and knowledge...

The Gita is a subject that is dear to all of us, but hardly anyone studies the Gita thoroughly. So we don't have complete understanding or knowledge of Geeta.

How many chapters in the Gita, how many verses in the Gita, what is the name of each chapter, what exactly is said in each chapter, what exactly is said in the chapters in the Gita, how the chapters in the Gita are coordinated with each other, all these matters are ignorant. Then it becomes a very far-fetched thing to actually know what it says on the basis of experience.

One who has realized the Atmatattva directly in his own space interprets the Gita according to his preconceived notions. So some give importance to karma, some give importance to devotion, some give importance to meditation, and some give importance to knowledge. But he who clearly knows that karma, devotional meditation and knowledge are all one, understands the Gita.

In fact, we do not even know the meaning of the word Gita. The meaning of the word Gita has not come to my reading either. No one can find its meaning. The meaning of the word Gita is very simple. ग + आट = Gita, ग + आट means the story of ego, the story of ego, process of ego. What exactly is the thing that we call 'I', 'I', how it is created, how it grows, how it comes to an end, how it takes birth and goes around, what exactly is the whole process of that 'I' is all up to itself. To know directly inwardly over feeling is to know the Gita.

Knowledge is not gained by reading. Reading is only information, nothing more. And the gatherer of information is never wise; Because there is no difference in their greed and stupidity. Information cannot change a person's inner self. Only direct knowledge changes the inner being of man. All other changes are superficial, ostentatious. And superficial changes never take away your sorrows, your worries, your desires. On the contrary, superficial changes increase suffering, anxiety, fear, desire. Hence it is a universal truth that the more literate a man is, the more he is afflicted with mental diseases.

Another important word in our usage is religion. Many people think they know exactly what religion is. We know dharma with our intellect and logic.

The word religion has a very deep meaning. Realizing what I really am, what is its nature, what it is related to, that it is universal, this whole process is dharma. Advaita philosophy is one who directly experiences that the religion of all the worlds is one, that 'I'. But it is important to manifest that feeling inwardly.

Selfless devotion

What is the whole being?, What is nature?, From what is this world created?, Who am I?, How are these Panchamahabhutas created, How are these shapes, these various qualities created?, How does this world come into existence?, This cycle of time, To know exactly how Bhavachakra works is to know spirituality or religion.

This is why Vedas, Shastras, Puranas have been created. But today the knowledge is missing in the world and it is clearly seen that the wrong knowledge is moving in the world with different meanings. It is because of this confusion that the Gita has been given various interpretations. But we should be well aware that the origin of Gita is in emptiness. Whether you do bhakti or meditate or do karma or become enlightened; All have their origin in idleness. If nothingness is not the basic quality of devotion, knowledge, action and knowledge, then we must first know that all those things, all paths become futile. In fact, there is no specific way or method to become inactive. Emptiness comes only if we understand the experience of joy, sorrow, fear and anxiety that comes on various occasions in life. Dying is the essence of all tools. But today the picture is completely reversed.

A man who does not know himself and sets out to make the world happy has little to do with his intellect. It is because the power of this material world is in the hands of such deluded people that today the world is sad and is going deeper and deeper into misery. However, whether we go completely behind materialism or go for spirituality, that is really the question and everyone has complete freedom in which direction to go.

Almost all gurus are found everywhere giving sadhanas for wish fulfillment. In fact, it is these Sakam Gurus who have created today's Sakam Bhakti, Sakam Sadhana, distorted Sakam society all over the world. This Sakam Sadhana is responsible for today's degraded situation. Of course there are many exceptions to this; But they are very rare. Because today's education is also too successful, we see everywhere that in the end, disappointment, sorrow, fruitlessness have been achieved.

What will you get by being idle? At first, try to be idle; Then you will understand what you get. But we do not really become idle, so we do not attain knowledge. But if we continue to study the teachings of a guru who expounds Advaita philosophy, then knowledge does not remain without manifestation. Of course, he who has a longing for the truth in his heart, attains knowledge. A sakaman never attains enlightenment.

Truth, deep within the mind

Today we are going to reflect on the search for truth. We all have curiosity and concern about truth. Many people do not even accept that something exists as truth. According to some, truth is an illusion. Some feel that truth is attained after the practice of chanting. Some believe that truth is attained through yoga, while others believe that truth is manifested through karma yoga. Some believe only in the path of devotion, while others believe that truth is attained only through the path of knowledge. In fact, the path to truth is universal. The path to truth is the same for all. A mind that is idle, that has no ambition, but a mind that is alert, aware of itself with understanding, the truth is revealed automatically. There is a certain state of mind, when attained, truth is revealed to that mind. Then naturally the question arises as to how such a state is achieved.

If one tries to create such a state of mind in order to see the truth, it is a mirage. Because I also want to see the truth, and a mind full of desire is not worthy of the revelation of truth. It is such a tough game. Here the ambitious man proves to be a failure. Here the self-serving mind fails. Selfish, intelligent, rational people cannot attain the truth. Once J. Krishnamurti was asked by a rich man, when will I get the truth? Then Krishnamurti asked him, what is your business? The man replied, I am in the business of stock market. Krishnamurti then replied that if you are after the pursuit of wealth, you will never attain the truth. That is, the mind that runs after something misses the truth.

In fact, since the realization of truth is related to the mind, we must understand our mind first. It is not only what the mind perceives on the surface, but it is also necessary for the mind to acquire the ability to see the deep inner heart. Until our mind acquires the ability to dive deep into the core of our self, we will never be able to uncover the truth. Then the next question automatically arises, how to dive deep into the inner self, so that we can see the inner self! Because to know the truth is to know the mind to the bottom, to the end. Truth is known when the mind knows to the deepest level, no other way can reach the truth. Whatever saints say that all paths lead to truth, those saints mean to know the deepest levels of the mind through all those paths, nothing else.

The Guru fortress of enlightenment

All the efforts we are always trying to get out of despair only lead us to more and more unhappiness. We are not even aware of it. So much we live in illusion and ignorance. But when the mind realizes that its own mind is the obstacle, then the mind abandons the mind and the mind becomes immersed in itself and in that immersion of the mind the truth is revealed.

Truth is beyond mind and illusion. Therefore, the immersion of the present mind is the key to self-knowledge. If your mind is full of work, anger, greed, lust, jealousy, violence, competition, egoism, then everything you do is selfish and only creates misery; There is never happiness, satisfaction, satisfaction.

All this suffering is rooted in the sense of self. In fact, until the mind does not get the complete understanding of who we are, what we are, what is the secret of our life process, what is the basic principle of our existence and how the present form has been created from that basic principle, this sense of deficiency continues to shine continuously. We feel that the 'I' is a separate personality from the world, and this seems to be true because of the variety of qualities that appear on the surface. When we all work for our own happiness, for our own security, for our own prosperity

, all these actions lead to extreme selfishness. By understanding this mental process that creates suffering and delusion, the mind is automatically disidentified with ambition, desire, fear, lust, greed, hatred.

Truth is not sought by effort or mind. This is because all efforts are in the realm of what is already known and the truth is unknown. That is why truth does not emerge as long as the mind is functioning. As such, spirituality is not a difficult thing at all. But at the same time, it is also true that the dissolution of ego, mind, sanskar is not an easy thing. For that, the guidance of real vibhutis and saints is necessary. We are continuously searching for happiness where there is no happiness. The mind does not know God or that original power, whatever it is. The mind does not know that. So how can I discover with the mind what the mind does not know?

When the coating of the false mind on the truth is removed, the truth is understood. Otherwise, as long as the mind is functioning, the mind perceives the appearance of the mind and this is Maya. In fact, the truth itself is already there. It cannot be revealed. The reason for this is that the mind is untruth and when untruth is dissolved, truth is there; You don't have to bring it.

Zero and parity

We are not aware of the universal  ,  the infinite  ,  the limitless  ,  the innumerable  ,  the emptiness  ,  the void. This fact is never seen. Therefore ego is the real hindrance to the realization of truth  ,  you must have heard this saying. This is the basic fact  ,  the basic state, that is the truth.

This state is the same for all, be it a beast  or  an animal  , Be it human or any substance. All existence originates from this truth. We do not have knowledge until this realization is real. Until then we live in ignorance. This realization does not come by reading a book or merely listening to a discourse, but when a great thirst arises within us  ,  the existence of the whole world  ,  our own existence  ,  our mind  ,  our five senses  ,  position  ,  money. Fame  ,  enjoyment  ,  our efforts  ,  our deeds  ,  all so-called spirituality  ,  all meditations  ,  all rituals  , We realize that  all the bookish knowledge  ,  our constant efforts to get something  ,  to become something are all meaningless ,  then we start to realize from within how we are trapped in the illusions of the mind  , how we are only bound by the rituals of the past. Then the identification with the mind is broken and we attain dispassionate observation and the ego  and  all our pre-conceived notions are dissolved through understanding and we attain the original state. Which is zero state. The ego has deep inner satisfaction  ,

There is no awareness of zero and no desire to do so. Because the realization of complete emptiness brings about the complete annihilation of ego. There is a constant effort of the mind to go in the opposite direction from the reality of this habit by reinforcing the experience. Therefore, the need to go beyond thoughts  ,  mind  ,  desires  ,  passions has been asserted by saints for thousands of years. But even its simple meaning is never understood by our stupid mind. From this nothingness  , No matter how much we try to get away from emptiness, it still exists. But ego is looking for many loopholes to get away from this fact. So if we can stop looking for loopholes and focus on being free of choice, we can come face to face with this emptiness and nothingness. This is the law of nature. This encounter is called realization. Because only then we see the reality and form. Dnyaneshwari has clearly stated that '  Partha Samatva is the intellect  ,  that is the essence of yoga  . ' This kind of attention without  choice  is called meditation. That is the only way to attain wisdom. This is Sitaaprajnata  ,  Vipassana  ,  Meditation  ,  Sharing ,  Equality ,  Constancy  ,  Nirvikalpa  ,  Observation are many names.

The role of experience

Why are we so attached to experience, desire? Why do we constantly demand this experience, this desire? Everyone should check this matter. Well, this knot of experience and desire is not only in the waking mind, but also in the inner mind, and the work of cultivating this experience and desire is going on day and night at both levels. The ego is the center which preserves and preserves the experience of desire and lust. This experience, this desire, is dangerous.

The truth is that the mind is our real enemy and the nature of this mind, its way of working, the ego created by that way of working, the strengthening of the ego, the suffering that comes from it; Also, if we notice the way that mind and ego dissolve, the peace that comes from it, then we are traveling in the right direction, but we never notice this thing. That is why for millions of years we have continued to travel unabated in the game of illusion and this cycle of maya. If this center that preserves experience fails, i.e. ceases to preserve and expand experience, truth is born from it. This thing is not even our meditation. Because we have never done such an experiment. If we let this center, which is the enhancer and preserver of experience, melt away from the society of mental processes, we may feel that I or mine do not exist.

But we do not want to understand how the mechanism of experience or mind works. So we never know the danger hidden in the desire of the experience or the mind and therefore we always continue the wrong work of strengthening the experience. Because we do not think that there is anything wrong in wanting to experience, in strengthening.. In this state we think that what is wrong is right. Just as a person poisoned by a snake bite tastes sweet chillies. The bitter leaves of neem are sweet. Such is the condition of a deluded person. That is why one wants happiness, but he is running towards misery and he does not even have a simple understanding that he is running towards misery, this is the real tragedy of the human mind.

Why do we preserve and conserve such experience? Because we feel that if we do not preserve and nurture experiences, we will not survive. In fact nothingness is our true nature. Which is infinite, limitless, innumerable in nature. We are not aware of this fact and it is from this forgetfulness that ego is born. It is this ego that gives birth to Bhavachakra and builds mountains of sorrow for eternity.

Mind, will and self-realization

The desire for position, wealth, fame, various sensual pleasures, lust is always intense in all. It is this desire to experience that gives birth to the ego, strengthens the ego. Actually desire is ego, craving. Desire for experience is the ego's sustaining mechanism. This system is eternal and this system is also called Maya, Thought, Existence or Mind. The more we try to gain experience, the more we get entangled in this system, the more illusions we have.

This mechanism is a self-hypnosis, and the whole being is a self-hypnosis. The more we react to acceptance or rejection, the more the culture becomes stronger and the system becomes stronger. For millions of years we have been strengthening our mind, that is, this system; Because we don't understand the rules and working method of this system. Through illusion, through misunderstanding, we travel towards darkness. So we often experience sadness, stress and frustration. We constantly search for happiness where there is no happiness and we have become so heavy minded that we do not even realize that due to these efforts we are going into more and more misery and stress. By living in the company of free men, saints, listening to their sermons, reading them, one understands this tragedy. That is why satsanga has a unique meaning.

The mind is the real ignorance and it is the mind that forces us to go in the wrong direction. This mind is our real enemy. We are so stupid that we take our decisions only according to the advice of the mind which is the root cause of this frustration, sorrow, illusion, stress. He is deceiving himself. For millions of lives we have been living in such deep ignorance and darkness that we never understand. We are so unlucky that we don't even have a faint idea about this. This understanding of the mind can be achieved in the company of an enlightened, enlightened, liberated saint. But the mind considers itself to be intelligent, intelligent, rational, thoughtful and keeps itself bound in its own kosha.

Saints themselves explain the dangerous way of working of the mind. In our world there are so called wise, greedy, deluded, foolish beings who want position, money, fame. Unfortunately, the entire society seems to have fallen into the hands of such people. Therefore, today's society has gone into misery, despair, stress and confusion. Today's education promotes ambition, competition, corruption, greed, arrogance and delusion. True education makes a person selfless, holy, selfless and wise. Today the situation is such that those who are corrupt, greedy, arrogant, deluded, ambitious, seeking position, money, fame are considered intelligent, wise and accomplished.

Sadness

Some people think that I am unhappy because I am poor, while some people think that they are unhappy because they do not have a position. Some people think I am sad because I am not famous. So someone thinks I am suffering from physical ailments. We attach thousands of meanings to that emptiness and incompleteness and strive throughout our lives to fill that emptiness and incompleteness. Often we get what we expect; But still we realize that our incompleteness, our emptiness, our emptiness has not diminished. On the contrary, it is experienced as increased. From what we do, we do not experience happiness, satisfaction, peace, but on the contrary, we experience increased sadness, stress, disappointment, dissatisfaction, unrest.

This is madness. We want happiness but we also get sorrow. We want sweet mangoes, but we get acacia thorns. So of course we must have planted acacia seeds while sowing. This situation has happened because those acacia seeds were mistakenly planted as mango seeds. Our problems will not be solved unless everyone understands this through self-examination and self-contemplation.

The real reasons, the real origin of our questions are understood only by the sages. So-called leaders, social reformers, educationists, economists, scientists, so-called religious leaders are also in the realm of delusion and lead others there too. They think that with prosperity, wealth and prosperity, suffering will disappear. They think that once education spreads, suffering will end. Have we become highly educated, have our sorrows gone? Only external development does not solve our problems. Otherwise the rich, wealthy people would have attained happiness. But, the rate of mental diseases is very high among wealthy people. It is best for us to learn what to learn from this.

Those who are extroverted reformists think that if there is good governance, everyone will be happy. But, this is not happening, this is our experience. Freud goes to the extreme and says that 'Mankind will never be happy; Because man's lust is never satisfied.' But, that poor man never understood the meaning of lust. So he committed suicide in old age. The meaning of this imperfection is understood only by Santana. That is why our saints have said that until you discover yourself, until you realize who I am, you will never be happy. So they say Baba Ray, be an introvert. Search within yourself, your innermost being. meditate Dive inwardly. Attain Samadhi; Then you will have knowledge of yourself, and when you have knowledge of yourself, you will have knowledge of the whole existence. It is only when this unfolding of existence occurs that emptiness, that emptiness, that incompleteness, That ends ignorance. Otherwise it never ends.
