will have a matching set of natural gemstones to highlight the
colour-rubies, tsavorites and orange sapphires for the raspberry, mint
and tangerine variants, respectively
Vertu first became famous for selling diamond-encrusted handsets in
2002, maturing over the years into a true luxury product in the form of
the services that go with it. The company will launch a new phone, the
Constellation Candy, for women in April. The big change is in the
line-up of associated services with handsets. Buyers of Vertu’s
Constellation Candy handsets (with a price tag of Rs4.8 lakh) will get
two additional services: VIP access to fashion weeks—in London, New
York, Milan and Paris—as well as style consultation from wardrobe
consultants with British designer Stella McCartney. The Vertu
Constellation Candy will be launched in three colours, and each will
have a matching set of natural gemstones to highlight the colour—rubies,
tsavorites and orange sapphires for the raspberry, mint and tangerine
variants, respectively.
