"It has been positive for residential real estate, this trend that started out in the second half of 2010 - price points that either moved up slightly or remained steady," says MCHI President Paras Gundecha. He added that MCHI has recently endorsed a Code of Conduct for its member developers, to adhere to ethical business practices. MCHI has also set up a consumer grievance redresser forum to attend to buyers' complaints. "This is a twin advantage for home seekers, and they should not let go of the same," he said. The MCHI President appealed to buyers as well as developers to make optimum use of this opportunity that these two initiatives offer.
