Simple and effective spiritual breathing exer cises taught in Brahmavidya improve lung capacity and purify the body . Like breathing, humans are con tinuously thinking. But it is the quality of your thoughts that govern actions. Simple meditation techniques are taught in the Basic Course. With reg ular practice, one can learn how to harness this thought force for his her benefit. Spiritual breath ing exercises and meditation have been found useful to get rid of asthma and other breathing problems, high BP , spondilitis, back ache, joint pain, insomnia, depression and other ailments. Daily practice of 40 minutes give positive results with people enjoying better mental and physical health. The Brahmavidya Sadhak Sangh is a charitable trust and conducts classes in Marathi, Hindi and English at over 200 centres in Mumbai, Pune and Ratnagiri. Any one over the age of 18 can join the Basic Course, which is 22 weeks long. Classes are conducted one a week for an hour and a half.
